You want to see what Mad Max would be like if it were filmed by a 6 year old playing with his hotwheels?

What are you waiting buy the game for I didnt say it was this game that the hotwheels twas comparison too.. Made sure I finished the game<\/u><\/b> (no spoilers, BTW), and even earned all the achievements<\/u><\/b>.

First of all, the presentation of design is lacking<\/b>. Of course, it's just a car game in entirely 2D top down. Though on the bright side, controls are not that hard to use. But as a person with a thing about repetition and cliches, it's the most cheapest<\/i> control design that can be made by anybody. Final thing about design, it's entirely a game developed by beginners.

But underneath this beginner-made game is its uniqueness. The gameplay is enjoyable at least. I enjoyed running from point A to B. Kinda because I often play delivery guy. The AIs were easy to deal with too. At least they aren't impossible to take down. Did a lot of grinding for 10-30 minutes so I was able to get far and proceed towards the end of the game. I used every tactic of what a player would do in a top-down (car) shooter game.

Of course there are several things I would've expected while I was busy trying to finish this game. That problem was: No conveniences, such as saving armor setups...at least that's the only thing I would've expected.

For a game at a beginner's level, I'd say it's worth my 3 and a half-hours of finishing this entire game. These guys may have potential for their future game development plans.

Personal Notes: The armor system reminded me of Darkwind.. This was a fun little game, very reminiscent of Autoduel. If I have any complaint, it's the somewhat limited content. I completed every possible achievement in the span of 6 hours. I wish there had been an expansion of the game, or perhaps more activities in each city.. Its Garbage. It's boring, quite ugly and lacks any polish at all.
Don't waste your time.. if it ever gets controller support, i'd recomend it, but until then i can't. really should be a twin stick shooter, but without the controller working, i can't.... its not a terribly bad game, so if you prefer kb\/mouse, i'd say try it if its on sale.. The author has got his inspurations from legit sources like Death Rally, Interstate'76 and GTA1 and the mix is not so bad, just there's not enough of presentation and it is all made up on Unity engine. That's why it only manages to reach the level of free browser gaming fun: there is no story and\/or intermission art, runs start suddenly and finish abruptly, maps are flat and look alike, flamethrower animation is horrid. If you could tolerate such primitivism then you look at a nice car-shooting rogue-lite.

    A charming indie game for players who dream of becoming an industry giant! Start small by supplying towns with easy-to-manufacture goods and ramp up to more complex production chains that will tax your logistical planning and execution skills.

    Can you bring together all the wood, steel, cotton, wool, glass, and dye it will take to supply the local Toy Store with toy trains, dolls, teddy bears and marbles?

    Can you become a media magnate supplying books and newspapers to the Book Store?

    Can you manufacture all the orange soda, cheeseburgers and pie the town's Diner is demanding?

    Great! Now, can you do it all without creating a traffic nightmare or pollution-choked town?

    Lots to enjoy here for gamers who like to plan, execute and deliver goods to demanding citizens on their way to banking billions of bucks!. Art & Graphics are good, but gamedesign is lacking.

    This doesnt really feel like a complete game, it is shallow and missing depth. Managing logistics is probably the only fun thing in this game and it is a lot simpler than a lot of other games in this genre. Seriously there are games over 15 years old that are a lot better.

    I hoped for this game to have learned from them and improve on old esstablished mechanics, but instead it was a step back.

    This would have been perfectly reasonable if the game was in early access, and the developers needed playtesters to get feedback. But for a finished product it's just not enough.. After spending some time with the game, I am disappointed.
    This is coming from a casual player of business simulations (Capitalism 2, to even Tropico 6).

    The store description says,
    "Build and manage a solid transportation network to enable the efficient transfer of goods via plentiful trucks, speedy trains and high capacity airships. "

    This statement is not as robust as marketed. Yes, you can choose a variety of different modes of transport to move goods from A to B. It kinda falls apart when you have to transport goods from A, B, and C. (17 May 2019). And at some point you can't get around this.

    This video <\/a> will demonstrate what I mean. This is important because in order to make money you might want to distribute produced goods to a number of other cities. For example, you produce goods in A, and want to transport the goods to both B and C. Now in terms of distance and pathing, A is closer to B than C, and B in on the way to C. So it makes sense to make B a relay point for C. (assuming that costs are calculated by distance.) Unfortunately, to do this, it requires constant micromanaging and clicking that I feel the devs did not think of this as a feature. As such, as the player, you have to perform 'tricks' for this to happen, which is not ideal for a game that touts itself as a game with 'strategic complexity and replayability'. I feel that this should be a basic feature, but instead I have to bootstrap something so simple.

    If you want a game with depth, avoid this game.. Played a few hours on demo and purchased to try out all the features.

    IMHO, ROI offers nothing much. It's just a typical waiting game--place buildings and chain it all and just wait. Also, not much competition and you're free to monopolize each available resource\/industry in your town\/region. Would much prefer a more challenging setup where competitors come in and challenge your industry market share in a town\/region and takes advantage of unfilled demands... eg. Player supplies wood and town has high demand of leather. Sure, I can build a farm and supply leather as well, but it'll be much more fun if an AI competitor comes in and supplies leather instead and related to farming, where else player stays in raw resources. This would create specialization for each corporation instead of just you\/AI literally supplying almost everything or being forced to supply everything to make a town grow faster.

    It's a fun game as it is but it's not challenging enough as a tycoon simulator. Isometric view, graphics, UI and low poly art style works beautifully here, although my RX480 gets pretty toasty on default gfx settings.

    Recommended if you like the typical tycoon simulator games and be a boss of everything. Not recommended if you're looking for a challenge.. Falls into the same trap that the majority of tycoon sandbox games tend to fall in:

    Once you have a profit going, it's basically just a waiting game. It makes no mechanical difference if you have $1 or $1000 in profit.

    A lot of people enjoy those games despite this, and for those, this might fun. If that's the case for you, then disregard this negative review.

    Personally, I'd really enjoy a mode with more pressing challenges. Challenge me to supply a city within a certain time limit, then challenge me to expand to a certain size in a certain limit, then... etc.

    If you share that feeling, the game I recommend nowadays is Railway Empire. I really like the Campaign and the Scenarios on that one, as they challenge you with really tight objectives so that the game doesn't become about just waiting.

    Edit - Developer Answer:<\/b> Thanks for the reply, Alex! I'll give it another try sometime soon.. The average game will last, maybe 3 hours? Maybe more depending on how large you can manage to set the map size. The research tree is only 3 levels deep in most trees, a couple have 4. This goes extremely fast. There are no ways of stopping your competition - no stocks, no market, just make more money until you build a game-winner product. You build one, and you win. I managed that in about 9 game years. Maybe I was hoping for more Transport Tycoon, but this was less complex logistics and "just build a couple warehouses and let the auto settings manage it all, you just get to build some roads. As it is right now the time it takes one to get through this "short story" does not justify what this game is worth.


I played 7 minutes, Got through the story twice at what I thought was a moderate pace, threw things, messed around with things. There are far greater "short stories" than this one for both free and cheaper then this one, which have way more content... Or a price that isn't $1 per minute of the story length.

---- Sorry over $1 per minute of gameplay.

One could say Riley Short should just be called really short instead.

Final Slam 2 is a PC fighting game that allows you to create your own fighter and win the Final Slam championships or play through the official Final Slam story in story mode. The game is packed with over 40 in-game fighters, but you can still create your own fighters by customizing his or her attire, moves and stats. You can even adjust the Artificial Intelligence of your fighter! Create yourself. Create your friends. Create your enemies. Game Features

  • Creator Mode:
    In the creator mode, you can create a wide variety of fighters. There are tons of different body parts, attire, fighting moves, throw moves and special moves to choose from. The fighting moves are animated following several martial arts, brawling and wrestling moves. The special moves comprise of different styles such as magic, elemental, Kung Fu, gadgets and wrestling. You can also control the actions of the fighters when they are being played by the computer by changing the AI settings. You will have 80 slots to save your created fighters. All fighters can be stored/exported as plain text format slamcodes, so you can copy the slamcodes of the fighters and save them outside the game or share them online with other players. You can also import fighters created by other players by inputting the slamcodes that are shared by other players online!

    Fight the evil that is threatening Earth, or fight individual matches against the computer or a friend in versus mode. The fight arena is zoomable, with blood effects.

  • Final Slam Mode:
    Enter the Final Slam mode against 80 to 100 fighters and fight up the rankings. There are 3 different titles to win. Get up to the top and win the World Heavyweight Championship!

  • Arcade Mode:
    See how good you are by fighting opponent after opponent and tracking your win/loss record.

Hi, I am Josh the developer of Final Slam 2. I would like to thank all of you who tried and played the game, like or dislike it. A lot of the players dislike Final Slam 2 and if you compare it to other full-blown mainstream competitive fighting games and you don't like it, well, your dislike for the game is justified and I understand. With very limited budget and with only one person working on the game (which is myself), as opposed to bigger-sized indie or mainstream companies, I understand that I cannot provide the best graphics, gameplay and most modern features to satisfy the hardcore fighting gamer. Therefore, I decided to make it more of a casual game and focus on the uniqueness of the game that not many fighting games have. And this uniqueness comprises:

1. the character creation mode with speed creation settings
2. Final Slam Season Mode where you can win titles and fight up a league (fight with characters you created as well)
3. the automatically-generated AI fighters in season mode.

Other features include the ability to export your fighter to a text string that can be saved and shared anywhere you like. Therefore, it is possible to create an unlimited amount of characters. Some players have had a lot of fun playing the game, but some haven't and others don't even care about what the game has to offer.     - Keeps erasing datas, including created characters\/match counts\/etc, for no apparent reason

    DON'T BUY<\/b>. I regret my time in this game. No. Just, no. The mechanics are clunky, the art is bad, and it just is poorly put together. I'm ashamed I spent money on this.. This is an overall very unpolished game, something akin to a low-ish quality flash game you'd play online for free, and something that isn't worth your money, but if it we're free it would be alright.

    Cons:
    -clunky combat system where complex combos are kinda impossible(you need a move set that's just right, but even then...), jumping strikes are useless, super armor doesn't exist, moves feel stilted, and more.
    -graphics terrible: character models are clunky, female sprites are laughably just thin male body sprites with boobs, body parts and clothes clip and over lap in weird ways
    -game engine is terrible, a game with such a low quality of graphics and complexity has no right to go under 20 fps and crash (I can play ARK: survival evolved on ultra settings for crying out loud
    -speaking of bad engine the game has a moderate amount of bugs: sometimes characters get stuck in jumping animations, other times there bodies may contort during animations in ways that it definitely wasn't supposed to and more(thats off the top of my head)
    -story is like if you put every 2d fighter games plot combined into a confusing mess.

    Pros:
    -Quite an extensive character creation system that lets you make an original character and give them personality, this being done not just through taunts but the different move sets you can give them, this including some actual martial arts moves which is much apreciated.
    -Soundtrack is actually alright, and gives me some nostalgia on older games in this genre
    -Despite the bad animation, constant clipping of clothes and body parts, and pretty much everything doing with how this game looks LOOK terrible, I appreciate the cheesy art design filled with references of previous games in the genre, and am sad the sprites are so... bad.

    All in all, don't buy this game, but if you can get for free check it out. there some fun to be had here especially for character creation. I just hope the this game dev gets better and make a reboot or a sequel or a better one would place the character creation aspect done here onto a good game because its honestly pretty great, but unfortunate about the only thing that's pretty great about this game.. A great opportunity squandered! This game could have been great fun if you bound somebody you utterly dispise to a chair and force them to play this non-stop for several hours. Unfortunately the law doesn't allow one to carry out such reprisals so this masterpiece of a game will never reach its full potential. I suppose it could be used against enemies of the state to extract confessions. The spanish inquisition would have loved this back in the day. See, even the target audience have all been dead over 500 years.

    You will find more content in a cellphone game. I am loving this game. I have always wanted to play a game as pirate living in a dark fantasy setting like warhammer. The gam play is great. Better that some other popular pirate games I could talk about. Anyone who loves warhammer should love this game. This game is flying way under the radar. I hope the dev keep woring on it putting more war hammer lore into it. I will be playing this for months. The one thing I would love to see them add it the ability to play as a dark elf corsair. Expand the world map to bring in the full warhammer world. I can't understand the mixed rating I have seen as the game is like mount and blade on the high seas as a pirate in the Warhammer world. Any chance we will get co-op? Well done devs well done.. I definitely recommend this game. There has been no other sailing game that has the magnificence in this. Not even Blood & Gold has the sailing mechanics where you can walk around on the ship and have a good close 3rd person view of you on the ship along with your crew. I love this game and I am looking forward to more updates and maybe campaigns such as high elves, dwarfs and vampires.

    +Highly underrated gameplay and mechanics that are extremely fun and easy to grasp. Plays very well with controls and is very easy to get into.
    +The life of a ship captain in the Warhammer Fantasy universe is treated very well here. There is a refresjomg breadth of content and mechanic systems to enjoy.
    -Graphics leave much to be desired for a game made in 2017. A clear lack of focus and passion is evident in the asset developers.
    -Some corners were clearly cut when it comes to depth outside of the core gameplay on open water.

    -Graphics for terrain, characters, buildings, water, assets are uninspired and far too generic for a rich and detailed universe like Warhammer fantasy.

    + Some of the sound effects during battle do well to bring you into the intensity and fear of the progress of a battle.
    - Nothing really stands out in the soundtrack it is utterly average.

    RECOMMENDATION LEVEL - I Highly recommend this game as an underrated gem IF you enjoy Warhammer Fantasy and also enjoy naval\/pirate games. The mixed review score it currently has does not do it justice. This game will also work for you very well if you are uninterested in Warhammer Fantasy but enjoy naval\/pirate games. The combat is easy to understand and is not overly complicated at any point while being rewarding and challenging at the same time. If you enjoy Warhammer Fantasy but do NOT enjoy naval\/pirate games this is a hard skip. The depth of lore to uncover in this game is minimal and in that specific case you will not find much value.. the graphic are very dated but the ship to ship combat is so perfectly Warhammer. buy for the custom battles.. This game has been in early access for some time. You should note I bought this game when it came out, and it is currently May 16, 2019. It receives major updates which come out around twice a year on average with more content each time for the most part, and is still working its way towards being a full game.

    It still feels early access, although I can report it does feel like an actual game and not the framework to one.

    Get it on sale, not the full $30.

    Bretonnian and Empire campaigns!

    Begin your life as a newly conscripted captain in the Bretonnian or Empire navy. A trickier start than the regular independent game, you'll be commanding either a Buccaneer or a Wargalley.

    As a member of your faction's navy you'll be able to capture sea zones and even ports for your home nation, though all your actions will have diplomatic consequences - attack ships from a neutral nation and a war is likely. You'll also have to keep an eye out for relations breaking down depites your actions - a hostile nation suddenly declaring war as you sail through their waters.

    Joining the navy has other benefits, with enough loyalty built up with your faction you'll be able to hire elite units such as Sergeants of the Empire and Knights of the Realm.

    Elite units come with a special trait (or sometimes several) which make them significantly more powerful than normal crew, but they're not cheap. Bretonnians can also hire Knights of the Realm who gain new traits as they level up, becoming especially powerful at high levels.

    You can also hire captains for any spare ships you buy or capture - build your own fleet for an invasion.

    Independent captains can also get in on the naval action - if you can build up enough loyalty with a human faction they'll offer to let you join their navy. This comes with all the benefits and downsides above. If you choose you can try leading the Wastelanders to glory or perhaps pledge allegiance to the Pirate Princes of Sartosa.

    Beware if you choose to betray the faction you have joined, attacking your own faction's ports, hurting allies of your own faction or just destroying your favour with your own faction by attacking your fellow navy ships will lead to a banishment - you'll forever be hostile to that faction.

    Finally, it wouldn't be right to join the navy without flying the correct flags - the sailmaker's shop has now opened at the shipwright's office.

    Welcome to the release build of Man O' War: Corsair.

    This release doesn't bring any new features in itself, but is the culmination of all of our past updates with a few extra bug fixes. Here's an overview of what's happened since our initial alpha 0.1:

    0.2: This update brought us chaos invaders in the form of the Khorne fleets, expanded the available map to include the oceans around Bretonnia, added Orc ports, pirate ports, and looting. Also the dreaded Black Leviathan was spotted beneath the waves.

    0.3: Our biggest request in the first few months had been for melee combat - which wasn't originally part of the plan! Our first iteration was released in 0.3 along with a whole load of swords, axes and other melee weapons.

    0.4: Dwarfs! Skaven! Flyers! Magic! I guess the name of that one covers it - two of the most popular races in the Warhammer universe took to the seas as enemies in this update, as well as two of the eight colleges of magic (all eight are in now!) plus flyers and anti-flyer weapons for your ships.

    0.5: This update brought in the faction diplomacy and the control of sea regions - the human forces now patrol their territories, bicker over border disputes and attempt to annex each other's ports. All of this despite the hostile forces gathering in the deep oceans, now numbering Nurgle, Slaanesh and Tzeentch. High elf ships were also spotted on the waves at this time.

    0.6: Crew management - no longer just a number, your crew are now individuals with their own names, levels, equipment. Undead! Ware those who venture out on Geheimnisnacht when the undead fleets sail forth.

    0.7: Level up! Skills for your captain as you level up. Estalia and Tilea join the fray, expanding the map all the way south to Sartosa. The latest fashions from Miragliano also arrive, with a whole host of hats and outfits available to customise your captain. For those with a more practical mind we also added addtional ammo types for your cannon.

    0.8: Blood for the Blood God! Our chaos campaign's debut, but not only that, you can now walk around in all of the ports in the old world (and then slay their inhabitants... well, depending on which side you're on)

    0.9: Custom battles - ever wondered what chance a lone nautilus prowling the depths would have against an orc fleet? or perhaps you just want to control those giant claws on the Hulk yourself for a change... we added a new game mode which lets you try all this and more.

    We've also added Linux support, SteamOS support as well as Gamepad and Steam Controller support!

About This Game

You carried a vaccine against a deadly disease on a helicopter. The helicopter was hit by unknown people and made an emergency landing. You need to collect all the cargo that you lost. The most important thing is that there are a lot of zombies around, and armed mercenaries. Protect yourself and help ordinary people.     OMG. What a great wonderful little gem. No loading screens, no mindless cutscenes, just nonstop and pure top view run'n'gun action here. It's retro styled by design with it's small field of vision, hugely pixelated graphics style and melodic chip tune music.

    Too bad it's a bit on the short side, but at least you get a bit of replayability out of it when looking for the hidden secrets. That is of course only if you wouldn't just start it over because it's so damn funny to blast away all those nasty little (yet somehow cute) zombie soldiers and their bigger mid and end boss companions.

    I totally recommend this game. Just forget about playing it with your X-Box controller, because aiming will be unforgivingly floaty, instead use keyboard and mouse to totally enjoy this game. I only hope we'll maybe recieve a second iteration. And now: Go get the game and play, soldier. Your're dismissed.
